MISSION IMPOSSIBLE: LOST 10KG WEIGHT BEFORE AUG!!!!!
I know it sounds quite impossible, but i tell you I GAIN AROUND 10KG IN LESS THAN 6 MONTHS TIME! God damn it, I hate Malay food wtf, but I love nasi lemak, but nasi lemak is under category of Malay food, I should probably hate it too, but omaigat, nasi lemak is so yummy how to hate, but again it is so fattening, I SHOULD STOP EATING IT!! end.
no more argue, it is an order, NO MORE NASI LEMAK UNTIL AUG! uhuk uhuk.
My perfect weight when I was still in johor is 43kg! 43kg only, actly i have no idea what I did, but the weight just kept dropping until 43kg.. * touching tear
Strategy, have nutrition drink every morning, skip lunch (or the free one when company ppl is having training, their training food is very yummy one, maybe I can go steal 1 or 2 sandwiches), cook own dinner!
progress now, the free milo from the machine is too nice, so I just had 2 cups, and colleague stole sandwiches from pantry and gave us, so I have no reason to reject but happily eat. T_T
fine, one last time only. T_T, babai all yummy food, eh.. my colleague go steal another batch of sandwich and cake again wtf. let me swallow this last piece first. T_T

Motivation: my friends call me "sei fei po" now, and Tobby called me "fei po/fei fei" wtf. I look like bloated balloon in all my pictures. T___T
